Shipping Policy

Every piece from Child Of Grace In Spirit & In Truth® is crafted with intention. Because each garment is made-to-order with high-density embroidery and premium materials, our shipping process reflects the time it takes to produce work we’re proud to put your name on. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Where We Ship

At this time, we ship to addresses within the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and U.S. military APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally or to U.S. territories. We expect to expand shipping destinations in future seasons — subscribe to our list to be notified.

2. Processing Time (Made-to-Order)

All Child Of Grace pieces are made-to-order. This means production begins after your order is placed. Standard processing time is seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days before your order ships. Founder Edition and other limited-numbered pieces may require up to twenty-one (21) business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Transit Times (After Processing)

Once your order ships, transit times are in addition to the processing window above:

Express Shipping (USPS Priority / UPS 2-Day) 2–3 business days $15.00 flat

Total estimated delivery window: 10–21 business days from order placement for standard items, longer for Founder Edition. We do not guarantee delivery dates; transit times are carrier estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.

4. Free Shipping Threshold

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $150.00 or more (after any discounts applied, before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to express upgrades.

5. Order Tracking

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is handed off to the carrier. Allow up to twenty-four (24) hours for tracking information to populate. If you have not received tracking within four (4) business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at childofgraceinc@gmail.com.

6. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to a customer-entered address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, title and risk of loss have transferred to the customer. We will assist with carrier claims but are not responsible for packages stolen from the delivery location. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but the package has not arrived:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or your front desk.
  • Wait twenty-four (24) hours — carriers sometimes mark in advance.
  • File a claim directly with USPS or UPS using your tracking number.
  • Email us — we’ll provide documentation to support your carrier claim.

8. Order Modifications & Address Changes

Address changes can only be honored if requested within twenty-four (24) hours of order placement, before production has begun. After that window, addresses cannot be modified.

9. Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to states where we are required to collect, in accordance with applicable state law.
