Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting Child Of Grace In Spirit & In Truth®. Every piece in our collection is made-to-order with intention and care. Because of this, we operate under a final sale policy, with limited exceptions for defects and order errors as described below.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases of Child Of Grace In Spirit & In Truth® merchandise are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of fit, change of mind, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please review size charts, product descriptions, and color references carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing, contact us at childofgraceinc@gmail.com before ordering and we will gladly help.
2. Exceptions — Defects & Order Errors
We stand fully behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., embroidery flaw, broken stitching, missing crest, stained fabric) or you receive the wrong item, wrong size, or wrong color, we will make it right.
You must contact us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery to qualify. Email childofgraceinc@gmail.com with:
- Your order number (begins with
#COG-) - Clear photos of the issue, including a close-up and a full-garment shot
- Photo of the original shipping label/packaging
- A brief description of the defect or error
Once approved, we will, at our discretion, offer one of the following remedies:
- Free replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
- Full refund to the original payment method, or
- Store credit equal to the purchase price plus original shipping.
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the defective or incorrect item. Do not ship items back without prior written authorization; unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at sender’s expense.
3. Founder Edition & Numbered Pieces
Pieces designated as “Founder Edition — First Batch — Numbered 1 of 20” and any other limited or numbered editions are strictly final sale. No exceptions are made except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect documented within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, posting times may vary. If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
5. Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the package before opening it and email us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and replace your order.
6. Order Cancellations
Because our pieces are made-to-order, cancellation requests must be received within twenty-four (24) hours of order placement. After that window, production has begun and the order cannot be canceled or modified.
7. Gift Orders
Gift recipients are subject to the same final-sale terms. Defect and order-error claims must be initiated by the original purchaser.
